Postgres Db connection

Hello, i’m attempting to connect with heroku’s postgres service, I’m unsure what Insert for the db field:

I tried the URI and CLI but it doesnt work

Can someone guide me please

Thanks I still have error connecting self signed certificate with that input.

Edit: Oops I have connection ok now, I didnt realise I had to set the ssl back from amazon to default
