Wappler says Portainer installed successfully, Portainer says the encryption key file not present. See portainer service terminal screen shot. Portainer restart produced the same result.

I think the most important the error is the OCI runtime error
Portainer might have changed something in the image and Wappler’s not corrected to handle such change yet, someone from the team needs to test the latest Portainer
The OCI error is not really a big one. We just try to open a bash terminal to the service, but some services are so bare bones (based on Alpine) and have only sh shell, so we should use this one.
