Expected behavior
Immediately after creating a mobile project, I should be able to add a mobile platform.
Actual behavior
After project creation (and subsequently after another system check) the platform option is disabled.
How to reproduce
Create a mobile project, and observe the disabled platform selector.
Restart Wappler, and the platform is enabled.
