It only shows me no errors / debug from that Insert statement action. The other debug works fine as usual. So I guess there is no error…
If there are no errors - then are you sure you are looking at the right folder and not in some other? Are you sure you browsed to that “uploads” folder in the file remove UI or did you enter it by hand:
I entered the variable by clicking it with the mouse and then I added the path /upload / in front of it.
