Pages (/views) App Dynamic Event On page Load, On Page Ready not setting but it works on layouts template

Is any one having this problem on a newer version than 5.3.3 where App page load or page ready is not setting?

Wappler Version : 5.3.3
Operating System : Windows 10
Server Model: NodeJS
Hosting Type: Docker Desktop

How to replicate.

Go to a page view not the layout. Click on App from the App Structure, then scroll down to Properties >> DYNAMIC EVENTS >> App >> Load.
