Problem description

The “Security Provider Enforcer” enters the file name but not the path to the file name.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create security.
  2. Create a page.
  3. Add App Connect to the page.
  4. Highlight App.
  5. Select “Security Provider Enforcer”.
  6. Select a Go To option. It doesn’t matter which one. They both behave in the same manner.
  7. Browse the folder and select a page.
  8. Notice that the page is displayed but not the path to the page. (See screenshot below.)

Note: You need to add the path manually to the field to make it work, or change the code. I would also prefer to have a Data Side Server Binding displayed so that I can display an alert, capture the IP address who attempted to breach the system, or use a routing feature.

For this, you can create a server action route.
Then set that path here. In that server action, do your recording stuff and redirect the user to login page using redirect step. In the URL part, set the login page with a query param like ?alert=1, and use that to show an alert on that page.
