Page Preloader inside or outside?

Is any difference between putting elements INSIDE the preloader component or putting the OUTSIDE?

I believe Outside would be correct. I can’t think of a reason to put anything inside. The pre-loader is nothing more than an animation that displays until all data on the page has been rendered.

In my imagination is like preload what is inside the component but either I dont find specific reason.

You should never add elements inside other elements, that’s not correct.
