We initially purchased a individual pro license at € 499/yearly . And we used it for couple of months without any issue. But all of a sudden it has changed to a business basic. And all of our developments are on hold. And the fact that the € 499 subscription doesn’t allow creating server connect is limiting the basic functionalities which is DISAPPOINTING. We need your immediate support. We need the Individual Pro which is the same amount.

Your subscription hasn’t automatically changed.
You used to have a Pro Individuals Yearly subscription which was due to renew on Feb 2, 2024 but after 4 unsuccessful payment attempts it was automatically cancelled on Feb 17, 2024.
On Feb 22, 2024 you subscribed for Basic Business Yearly subscription.

Note that the individual subscriptions are available for individuals and freelancers.
If you’re working for a company and/or have a few developers then you need a company license. Also you need a license per each of the developers.
