Anyone can understand how to connect to this API? Looked around but could not locate this info

but their section "URL parameters and iframes" is empty and looking at revisions it looks like it's always been empty!
Maybe try http://www.opentripplanner.org/ ?

Yes I also couldn’t find any relevant information about how to call the API and I was thinking that maybe I was missing something.
