Opening Current Project

Hi all, as shown in the attached video, when I go to open a current project it doesn’t seem to appear, am I making a mistake here and if so could you help me out?

I am new to this so I am still getting used to how this works, I’m really enjoying the designing process though! Thanks in advance.

After opening the project click this button:

And then you can select which page you want to open
