Ordinary hosting, like cPanel, supports NodeJS if the host as support for it. It's a little outdated by now, but see https://community.wappler.io/t/ultimate-hosting-comparison-info-list-for-wappler-projects/ - If you just look at various cPanel hosts they'll usually state somewhere on the main page if they support NodeJS.
If you haven't used Linux or a VPS before, starting with hosting a production site definitely isn't recommended. It'll be unmanaged (unless specified otherwise)- there's a lot that comes with it.
