No project selected on Wappler start

Additionally, when I restart, the previously opened project does not load, and I have to open the project myself. The UX here need improvement as earlier it would automatically show project selector when Wappler opens without a project.

This issue remains in Beta 17.
Was about to create a new bug report when I found this.
If the race condition thing cannot be debugged - would suggest to try showing the project picker instead in such cases.
