No interface for creating a connection with DB

Wappler Version : 5.2.4
Operating System : Win10
Server Model: nodejs

When creating a new database connection, there is no interface in the dialog box:

Please check:

Unable to add a connection in global for database

Wappler: 5.2.4 OS: Mac NodeJS I am now unable to add a Database connection in Global Connections. Also same issue in Database Manager. It just shows up a blank connection box. Could do with an urgent fix on this if possible. [Screenshot 2022-11-19 at 3.01.23 pm]
