New project Import from existing project

I would like to create an new project from existing Bootstrap and js files. How do I complete this task. Also when setting up Wappler asks which development Environment I would like to use. Whether I would like to un Own Server or Wappler Local Server. Can someone explain the difference? Also what is routing and what is the auto add base?

Your own server would be one that is hosted, and the Wappler local server allows you to spin up a server locally on your own computer, if you do not already use MAMP or WAMP or another stack solution.
