New project - freelancers keen to build this for us?

Looking for someone that can build this as a PWA with bootstrap in wappler:

Needs to include:

  • Deep links to PWA /browser. The links needs to be to restaurant listings and the same for the website and the PWA.
  • PWA with install prompt and notifications
  • QR code generator and scanner

Surely there must be someone who has build a similar app that can change it or sell me the template?

It would probably help if you add a budget and time frame to your post!
