New native module for better file watching

The other day we were talking about showing when the file was last modified. Did this address this? I’m looking at the files view but nothing seems to be any different? Or was this just a speed update to posting the file listings?

No file dates are unrelated to this.

With the native file system watches we can now see much better and quicker in Wappler if some of the project files were changed and update all the editors or UI with the changes in a much smarter and faster way.
