Nested repeats not showing in $_POST variables

How to reproduce

Create a form with nested repeats

It is not that I am being pedantic, the resulting insert query supplies the wrong results despite the correct payload

I don’t think we support nested form repeats yet, the payload is also not nested. If it was nested you will have both names in the variable name path.
