Mouse Right Click in Server Action Steps not working correctly

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

Mouse Right Click in a Server Action to Add / Duplicate / Delete a Step should stay open until a selection from the available actions has been made

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

Right Click shows the options and selects the Add Step / Action automatically, no other action can be selected from the list

How to reproduce

  1. Open an existing Server Action
  2. Right Click on Steps or an existing action
  3. Add Action step is selected by default, no other actions can be selected
