Mobile Apps: Which folder should I be using?

I just noticed that Wappler creates an iOS folder. Is. that the folder I should be using to develop my app? Or the index.html in the www folder?

You always work in the www folder in a Cordova project. That is your main. On publish it gets copied to the specific OS folders.
