Thought i would put this out as a how to as I am assuming it is a install fault rather than a bug but i may be wrong.

I expect you’ve tried it, but if not, certainly worth a ‘full’ quit/restart. I sometimes have a blank panel (usually the App Connect Properties panel which I have as a separate column). Nothing will persuade it to become active, except for a restart.

Now that is bizarre, panel just suddenly reappeared!
Maybe if you can recreate this with the logging enabled, the error will appear in the debug log.
i will turn on logging and see what happens
