Migrations changed outside Wappler editor are not refreshed

Migrations changed (edited) outside Wappler editor are not refreshed. Wappler editor restart is needed.

Haven't tested editing inside Wappler.

We cannot detect any changes outside Wappler of the migrations. You can just right click on the “Changes” branch and choose refresh to refresh them manually

Unless you mean right-click on the database name, I haven't tried that
