Issue with project definitions and database settings

Not so much I bug I suppose as an omission

I create a new project

The database connection list has not been updated soSQLite does not show

So I create it via workflows

All works perfectly BUT the project targets still do not show the database connection

This has been fixed in Wappler 5.0.1
