Issue with parameters not showing in a SA load with click event

Hosting Type: VPS

Expected behavior

Parameters should be shown in load properties

Actual behavior

Parameter not shown

I have a simple server action set to no load which takes a parameter “incident_id”

I load that SA on a click event of a button (inside a repeat)
When i add the action the incident_id parameter is shown

and it is added to the code

However if i close the dialogue and open it again the parameter is no longer shown in the properties

(same if i convert to a flow)

Debug windows seems to have gone into endless loop? Running continuously

Will reboot and try again

When i go into debug mode then i get this
