Issue to publish to Digital ocean droplet

I am trying to publish my site to digital ocean droplet. I can’t find the option cloud machines. Is this my mistake? Another question. Can I run my development environment in a local Wappler server, and using docker target only to publish it in Droplet Digital ocean?
