Ios-deploy gives error framework not found mobiledevice on Catalina

Now the System Check iOS report this error:

Ios-sim gives Missing write access error

I honestly don’t know how I did it, but after many attempts I managed to set up an App project with all the platforms configured without errors
The only exception is the Windows 7.0.0 platform for which VisualStudio x Windows is required, but being in MacOS Catalina I have VisualStudio for Mac 7.7.4
Is it therefore incompatible with the Mac?
