This is just a suggestion.
I understand the spirit of having the App Structure so that user can manage framework elements without disruption of unwanted other html elements. However I think I’d be better to integrate AS into DOM, let say call it advanced DOM, which user can turn on/off AS elements, or html elements and just leave the framework elements as in current AS in there. DOM objects having framework elements can be indicated by icon, highlighted in special color for example.
