Install the Custom App Component - YouTube Player (or any component)

Hello everyone. I’m trying to install the Custom App Component - YouTube Player (or any component) and following Ben and Teodor’s tutorial. Wapper informs me that I have to have the Web Root Folder configured but the system does not apply the folder I select.
What’s missing here?

I followed the instructions but now the site has stopped working because the files were moved to the WWW folder. Will I have to change all the file routes? What did I miss here?
