Short answer: No!
I have spent many an hour trying to find a solution to using dynamic srcset’s using Wappler, to no avail, My solution to this in Wappler, was to using the browser component instead.

Why wouldn’t that be possible?
There’s Dynamic Lazy Load option available which allows you to pick dynamic values …
