Image Title Tags for SEO

How do you add Image Title Tags for SEO - my image is named properly and I always add alt text text - but cannot find where to add this?

Are you referring to alt="" tags?
You can add them in the Properties panel:

it was image “title” tag and it was in the Dom panel - thanks

Thanks for sending that link - i was able to add title in dom panel - but now i realize i need to edit them as copied alt text - the only reason i wanted titles was an seo inspecter on an existing site flagged them and W3S says it is important
