I finally found how dmxorgdomid tags appears in forms.
Its not really a bug because previusly was commented that this is innofensive, however, this “dmxorgdomid” tag don’t looks good in code.
It was supposed to be fixed since version v6.3.0

Create a Bootstrap 5 Form Generator

Choose a Server Action Or add directly rows to generate the form and the clic Ok to generate the Form:
Until here, everthing is normal, now 2nd part:

Select the Form from App Structure, then in Properties panel clic on “Run” button to modify the Bootstrap fields, this will open the Boostrap 5 Form Generator again, and then just add a new row into the currect rows: and clic “OK”:
