No, there is no direct replacement for HTML5 3d Flip Gallery. I tried getting the same effect using App Connect Animate CSS, but could not get it to work; the on-click event would only work once.
It would not be too hard to create the effect though. Have a look at https://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp?filename=tryhow_css_flip_box2
Edit: If you wish the example above to work for touch screens, I would use on-click rather than on-hover.
@Teodor, I thought that I wold point the OP to https://wappler.io/extensions. But to my surprise, there are only 42 extensions mentioned there, while we now have a total of 58 extensions in v1.7.1.

You use the slideshow component for that with the 3D flip effect.
Also the new swiper component has 3D flip effect as well

tried using the flip effect with slideshow component. Not sure how that works. I want it so you hover and it flips. the slideshow component seems to just do it once with timing. Can you do it with hover? and then how do you define the flipped side. Is that the next slide?
The slideshow is … a slideshow i.e. it changes the slides after a certain time using the selected effect. It does not like a hover trigger on any element on the page.
