Maybe @Teodor can help. Maybe you have to put the group by on something else and then reference that in the chart? I don’t know. The issue isn’t my understanding of MySQL, but understanding how Wappler goes about doing this kind of thing. I imagine that is your issue too. But once we wrap our heads around everything, the angels will sing and cookies will fall out of the sky!
@Teodor this problem seems unresolved, what is the current best practice to use group by in a chart?
I somehow resolved this by creating a view. I did not get the exact result I was looking for but at least managed to create a graph by grouping data.
For the charts grouping the data in a view is the best solution currently.
