How to add App Connect on my page?

I don’t see the App option under App Structure. i see body and and that is all. Hitting the + just gives me html tags like link title ssi etc.

How do I enable the App structure Database?

I’ve created the data connection and query and i’m trying to add it to php page. I created the project as and an App.

In your App Panel select the body tag and click on the ‘Add Framework’ Icon, not the ‘+’ icon.
