Is there an easy way to implement horizontal rules in Wappler ?

That is just an <hr> with custom styles applied.
You can add <hr> tags in the DOM panel and style it then via the styles panel: https://docs.wappler.io/t/inserting-common-html-tags/2910

Ok. I thought as Wappler is a visual web creator I would find it in the App Structure - Add new component.
App Structure panel has always been for App Connect components only.
For common HTML tags we added the DOM panel.
