I've been trying to walk a new prospective team of Wappler devs (12 of them) through using Wappler and went to the docs area. Now I challenge anyone to locate how to add a simple repeat (for table data). What is all the recipe stuff? Totally unusable. Sorry. Feedback I got was absolute bemusement and total confusion.
Hey Cheese, can you provide some url(s) to the docs which have problems?
Thats why i started the Wappler Virtual Academy. I put it on hold but still not sold on the current docs system and tours.
Please report any issues you find with the latest docs/tours we have, we will fix them.
They are just too overly complicated and finding anything within them, even the basics, is really difficult. Was just trying to provide a link to a simple table repeat example. A natural stepping stone of sorts. Add the repeat to the table row add your bindings within it. Just couldn't find anything close. In the I just did a demo on Zoom and told everyone to record. I miss that aspect of DMX days with the videos. I know Brian does a lot for videos and Ben too but those old DMX videos were a gold mine of simplicity. Right now it feels like the documentation needs documentation. See if you can find a repeat example in there for yourself. A nice simple document on adding a repeat and populating it. Was my first time using docs for a very long time so maybe I'm just spoiled and can't keep up with the kids these days.

However I can say this. I know a lot of hard work and effort went in to it. I admire that and I am not shooting it down in any sense. Maybe a more weighted search approach that picks up terms better in the results? Can I recommend WapLastic...

Visual Wappler user interface representations are essential. That is a huge factor. That is what is truly missing.
