You have placed your browser component inside the notifications component, that’s why it doesn’t work. Take it out of there and then add the dynamic event once again.

Wow what a good catch! ITS FINALLY WORKING!!! Thank you all for the help. It’s amazing how one small simple error effected the whole entire sequence.
