Hangs/Slow performance when dragging an element from one location to another in 'App Structure' panel - W4b3

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

Dragging elements in 3.9.7 is relatively fast.

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

In W4b3 there is a short ‘hang’ for 2/3 seconds and then the move actions.

How to reproduce

Still happening in Beta 4.

I dragged a ‘title’ element into a new column, and Wappler hangs for 7-10 seconds then actions the move.
