Could this be related to the outage at Cloudflare?

GitHub is hosted on Microsoft Azure, not Cloudflare, but it could have affected its CDN services.

It looks like all is well right now.

In the last few weeks we’ve seen outages from AWS, Azure and now Cloudflare. What an incredible hold these companies have on the world.
