Git Manager non-responding

Sorry, after updating to 6.0.1 I’m facing all kinds of troubles with the git manager.
I thought that maybe it was related.

  1. Current projects are not syncing.

  2. Clone project option is not working at all, as already reported here:
    Bug or Issue with clone github repo

  3. I see errors on the remote repositories windows like Marina.

  4. The private key is not being saved and the “connect to github” remains off after successfully auth.

Again, this is happening now, after updating to 6.0.1
