While the default branch name created on GitHub is set as “main”, the branch name created in Wappler’s Git Manager is determined as “master”. In this case, we should see 2 branches in GitHub Manager, but only 1 branch named “master” appears in Wappler. After defining the account information for the Wappler user, it is expected that the branches associated with the account should appear within Wappler. If we cannot see the branches on GitHub within Wappler, could this be a bug, or is it a different approach?
Moreover, when creating a branch within Wappler, a source must be selected, and if a source is not selected, independent branches are formed. Commits made using GitHub in Wappler are only processed within the “main”, which makes it challenging to merge the created pull requests with “main”.
The situation you are experiencing could either be a problem or it might be a different approach by Wappler.
