Have followed exactly over 5 times with the same results, no data is populating.
From what you are saying, it is very hard to determine why the table is not being populated. At this stage I would suggest that it is a problem on the server side (Server Connect). This could be that the database connection is incorrect or that the query is not correct.

After trial and error, finally discovered OPEN IN EDITOR. Which displays the published page.
