FTP Failed!

ok, how do I change that?

it’s a shared domain hosting
i added them as additional domains, there’s only one /public_hmtl file where as if it wasn’t share, each would have their own cpanel and own /public_hmtl file.
How do I fix?

Ok, I reached out they were not able to help.
Not sure if someone in the chat has encounter that issue (of if you could send a link on how to fix it)
domains point to hosting company server but not sure what went wrong.

I have the same FTP problem… I tried the same solutions with different servers (free and paid) with no good results. Any new ideias about this problem?
