Sorry, but I don’t understand the solution. The problem starts with the last update so There should be a bug. Please, note the image I’ve posted.
I can understand the first part of the connection string

couse the ftp host is www.campaniaturismo.org
No there is nothing changed in the ftp in the latest update.
It's the details entered which are not correct probably, as the connection is timing out ...

What is this ftp server URL you entered there … this seems totally wrong with the httpdocs folder appended. If you need to add the httpdocs folder it must be added in the remote directory field!
For anyone else having similar / same issues - the issue was caused by a misconfigured router which blocked the connection to the ftp.
