Ftp error

Hi, since I’ve updated wapplet to the last version I can’t connet to the ftp server anymore.
Tis is the error message:

Finally, let me say I’ve tried ftp connection by fileZilla and it runs perfectly.
Can someone helps me?

Well, there probably is some error in the configuration / ftp details you entered.

Sorry, but I don’t understand the solution. The problem starts with the last update so There should be a bug. Please, note the image I’ve posted.
I can understand the first part of the connection string
“ftp://campaniaturism@”
couse the ftp host is www.campaniaturismo.org

No there is nothing changed in the ftp in the latest update.
It's the details entered which are not correct probably, as the connection is timing out ...

It’s more the 3 years I use the same connection.
Any way fileZile works fine

This screenshot tells me nothing.
Check the connection details entered in the FTP connection dialog.

This means nothing. Filezilla connects to your site in a TOTALLY different way, you cannot compare both.

Please double and triple check the connection settings entered - the remote folder as well.

What is this ftp server URL you entered there … this seems totally wrong with the httpdocs folder appended. If you need to add the httpdocs folder it must be added in the remote directory field!

ftp server, username and pwd are correct

You must be doing something wrong there.

For anyone else having similar / same issues - the issue was caused by a misconfigured router which blocked the connection to the ftp.
In cases like these always check:

firewall / antivirus
your router
your ISP
