FTP connection problem

Hi guy! Im a new Wappler user,
getting to know everything.

Im trying to connect to 000webhost and cant seem to do it,
any help as to what im doing wrong?

Here are the FTP details (just testing).

ftpinfo

This is how ive inputed it in wappler and the error message I get:

Just did now I get:

‘can not find the uploaded files! Probably wrong path in web server URL: http://files.000webhost.com’

Any idea on what i’m doing wrong?

You have the wrong url for your website.

You should use http://finangocredit.000webhostapp.com at the webserver url

Just made the change, still getting the same error:

Anything else I might be doing wrong?

Hello,
Is your ftp account connected directly with your hosting root, or is it set up to connect to a subdfolder? Maybe if it’s in the hosting root you need to add something like /public_html in the remote folder field?
Are you sure this is is your site url: http://finangocredit.000webhostapp.com/

Just tried it out, I was missing the /public_html in the directory.

That’s something you (usually) have to check yourself, as if the account points to the hosting root then all the files will be uploaded there, while they must be in the public_html folder.

It’s different with different hosting providers, some of them set up your account to point directly to the public_html folder, others don’t :slight_smile:
