What actually happens?
error for permissions but all the directory is full access
I don't understand i test with many configuration but i've always a error message for the ftp transfert
Any ideas ?

Could try creating the directory on the host manually and upload again?
Response to support may take a little longer as you have caught the team in the middle of their hard and well earned Summer break, but hopefully us users can help in the meantime.

yes i’ve already upload all the files --> that doensn’t change anything
the upload is in the var/html/www/ directory --> do you think that’s the problem ?
I can’t imagine buy the soft if i can’t just upload files normally
There's something not properly configured in your FTP target settings.
Maybe post a screenshot of what is defined there.
