Problem description
Created a new page in app mode added a list form but the select input does not give the option to add dynamic options. I had to add it manually. Attached is screen shot showing a selected field without the OPTIONS ability.
Steps to reproduce
- Create mobile page
- Add list form
- Add input field
- Change to Select type
