Formatter Does Not Get Applied to Existing Biding When Component is Not Present

  1. Open a new content page in a NodeJS app.
  2. Select an existing binding.
  3. Use the wand icon in picker to add some formatter to it.
  4. Save.
  5. See that the formatter is not actually applied.
  6. Repeat step 2-4, and formatter get applied correctly.

What we have observed is that the comment at the top of content page does not have dmxFormatter in the comopnents section initially. Its added only after some formatter is applied from the picker UI.

Here, if trying to add a new binding, it works fine - comment is updated and the binding has correct expression.
But, if you edit an existing binding - only the comment is updated on save, bot the binding.
