Focus moves to different element after changing type

Expected behavior

Element focus should never change unless done so by the user

Actual behavior

Changing the type of a title moves focus to another element

Yes i can confirm this and it certainly ‘bugs’ me.

Also, when working with Tabs and Tab Content, whenever you make a change in the UI to anything in one of the Tab Content sections, it changes back to the initial/1st Tab. This adds unneccessary steps in making any changes in tab contents.

I find I can almost always avoid the refreshing issues if I disable App Connect in the Design View. Worth a shot.

This is still a problem in 3.8.3. Would love it if the editor would stop jumping off of the chosen component.
