I set up all my server connect api’s with Wappler’s security provider, so all user management is done with Wappler. Now, I need to connect / login / authorise users to use my server connect api’s from a 3rd party app, which seems not possible with Wappler’s security provider.
I’m assuming that if I integrate and use Firebase Authentication or Auth0, users will be able to login from third party apps, to use my server connect api’s. So I need to convert my whole authorisation workflow to Firebase Auth or Auth0
With Firebase’s REST api I succeeded with registering and login in users, but I don’t understand what to do with the returned data / tokens.
Can someone that has experience with integrating Firebase Auth or Auth0 with Wappler help me with:
- Authorising / restricting server connect api’s with Firebase Auth/Auth0
- Getting user’s data (name, profilepic, etc) from my current user table when authorized with Firebase / Auth0
- Help me understand what to do with the returned tokens, and how to store the token to use with every server connect api request
- Any other important thing related to Firebase Auth / Auth0
