Error in Wappler Subscription - 2 Invoices

Hi i just misakenly clicked twice to pay for my subscription for Wappler. I now have 2 pending Invoices for the same time period.
Can someone please help resolve this by removing one from the account?
Wasn’t sure where to refer to directly for customer service.

I cancelled your second invoice. Nothing was charged anyway as you seem to have insufficient funds on your card.

So add some funds and the last invoice will be auto retried soon.

Thanks. I just switched cards and it has been refilled I think it just takes time to sync up.

The payment went now all fine, so you should be able to fully use the subscription now.

I did noticed that you stopped the automatic renewal, so in January the subscription will be cancelled instead of renewed. It might be wise to turn the automatic renewal on.

I set autorenewal off for fear of that double invoice. I will reinstate it now that it’s fine.
